I'd like to get some opinions on this border.
Such as, the text, colors, size, overall layout etc.

As for the border, the 'I' in your last name might be mistaken for another letter or confusing, have you tried any other fonts for your name?

When my wife and I got our marriage announcements we went with a very ornate font. At the time I thought it was really nice but looking back I think it was actually quite difficult to read because it was so ornate. Ever since then I have been a big fan of very simple, easy-to-read fonts. So that's where I'm coming from.

The simple white line border you have looks good to me.

And as always, my opinion is worth exactly what you paid for it!
