Makes you wonder if the console gaming companies lobby for this sort of delay.

Yep, that's what I suspect, though other people are suggesting that it's an anti-piracy fad to delay the PC version (what about piracy on the console platforms though?).

Excuse my french in the initial post, but it really gets on my nerves to think that if I used a line like that with one of my customers "oh, it'll be a couple of weeks late", no reason and no apology, I would be almost certain to lose that customer (either immediately or after that bit of work was completed).

I really liked Arkham Asylum, but if they screw up with Arkham City, I won't be interested in any further games by these people.
