Above is a link to a list of free FPS games. One is WOP or World of Padman. It is a cartoon FPS which looks interesting. I am downloading it now.

Great shooter. Funny and fun. Make sure you download the main game, patch and the map pack.
It is mainly an online game, but you can choose create, choose what bots you want and play the bots.
Seems to be alot of people playing.
Not bad for free.
