OK, so we may sometimes be a little hard on the re-makes, re-launches, re-imagining, and re-boots. We thought it is something we should talk over and get the heart of what it is about “re” that sets of off so and why there are times we really don’t mind.

We finally found Floyd! He was lost in the ether and suffering from dropping packets, OUCH! Speaking of being lost, documentarians Douglas Trumbull and David Larson happened to find seventeen minutes of deleted footage from Stanley Kubrick’s 2001. Floyd and I finally have a good long talk on Stargate:Universe and it’s impending cancellation. (Steve even chimes in!) Plus a little chit-chat on a few favorite episodes from some of our favorite sci-fi series and a few that we think are a little unappreciated and under-rated. (Floyd’s Space 1999 may fall into both categories.)
